Not Receiving Signals
Troubleshoot why you might not be receiving trading signals on your dashboard, Telegram, or email.
If you're not seeing signals on your dashboard or receiving them via Telegram/email, check these potential causes:
1.Runtime Mode Is Paused
Go to Settings → Preferences and ensure your runtime mode is set to "Signals Only" or "Auto-Trade". If it's "Paused", no signals will be generated for your account.
2.No Pairs Enabled
Check Settings → Preferences to verify you have currency pairs enabled. If all pairs are disabled, no signals can be generated.
3.Market Is Closed
Forex markets are closed on weekends (Friday evening to Sunday evening, depending on your timezone). Signals are only generated during active market hours.
4.Signal Delay
If you're on a plan with a signal delay (e.g., 5 or 15 minutes), signals will appear after the delay period. Upgrade to a premium plan for instant delivery.
5. Telegram Not Connected
If you're expecting Telegram alerts but not receiving them:
●Verify your Telegram is connected (Settings → Notifications)
●Make sure you haven't blocked the bot
●Send /start to the bot to reinitialize
6.Email in Spam
Check your spam/junk folder for PipsCrusher emails. Add our email address to your contacts to prevent filtering.
7.Low Market Activity
During quiet market periods (Asian session, holidays), fewer signals may be generated. This is normal — the platform only sends signals when high-probability setups are identified.
8.Plan Expired
If your subscription has expired, signal delivery stops. Check your subscription status on the dashboard.
If signals are appearing on your dashboard but not on Telegram or email, the issue is with your notification settings. If no signals appear at all, the issue is with signal generation (mode, pairs, or market activity).
